Mr Marc Heindryckx acquired considerable experience as a client adviser at another brokerage firm before joining Leleux Associated Brokers in May 2006 as a member of the team of client advisers at our Brussels headquarters. Jeroen Van Hecke holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Risk from the University of Ghent, as well as a postgraduate degree in Wealth & Succession Planning, which he obtained with distinction. He has spent his entire young career with a Belgian banking group. He joined Leleux Associated Brokers in September 2021 as an account manager in our Aalst office, making his knowledge and experience available to our clients.

With a Master's degree in Political and Social Sciences and another Master's in Business Economics, Mr Rob Gys completed his university studies by graduating magna cum laude as a Financial Planning Consultant. He then began his career in 2007 with several financial institutions in Belgium. In September 2015, Mr Rob Gys joined our company as an Account Manager at our Antwerp branch, where he offers his expertise and experience to our local clients.

Ms Sofie Praet holds a double Master's degree in Financial Planning and Economics, both from the University of Antwerp. She completed her academic career with a degree in Digital Marketing. She began her professional career at a renowned banking institution, where she focused on private client investment consultancy, portfolio construction and client relationship development. She joined Leleux Associated Brokers in September 2021 as a Client Manager in our Antwerp office, making her knowledge and experience available to our clients.

Tom Borzée completed his studies in Applied Economic Sciences at KU Leuven and an additional training as an Investment Advisor at Ehsal Management School. After finishing his education, he worked for two major Belgian banking groups, where he gained a broad experience in investment products and investment advice as Investment Advisor and Product Manager Investments.

Attracted by the characteristic independence of Leleux Associated Brokers, which allows client advisors to tailor advice to the needs of the client, he joined Leleux Associated Brokers in this position in August 2022.

Mister Thieren holds a business administration diploma from the University of Antwerp and comes from a family of stockbrokers that has been involved with Antwerp and Brussels stock exchanges since 1843. He began his professional career in 1992 as a customer adviser in the family business Thieren & Co. Following legislative reforms in the early 1990s that ended stockbrokers’ monopoly and created the status of brokerage firm, Thieren & Co joined the brokerage firm Van Moer Santerre & Co in 1993. In 2007, Dresdner Bank Luxembourg acquired the brokerage firm Van Moer Santerre & Co, before it was taken over by Crédit Agricole Luxembourg in 2010. In September 2018, Mister Hervé Thieren decided to join the Antwerp branch of Leleux Associated Brokers to continue his activities as a customer adviser with complete independence and impartiality.

Mister Christophe Keusters began his professional career in the securities business in 1984, when he joined a family firm of stockbrokers. The Keusters family included six generations of stockbrokers active in the brokerage sector, father and son, since 1853. In 1990, he qualified as a stockbroker. In 1996, the brokerage firm De Vroey, Keusters & Co became part of Dewaay Bank. In December 2019, Mister Christophe Keusters joined the Antwerp branch at the Frankrijklei of Leleux Associated Brokers, where he assists clients as an Investment and Banking Services Officer.

Representing the third generation of stockbrokers of the Quatannens family and passionate about the financial sector, Mr Jacques Quatannens passed his stockbroker’s examinations and began his professional career at the family stockbroking firm. In the early 1990s, the family stockbroking firm was transformed into a brokerage firm and took the form of a public limited company, J. Quatannens & Co. For more than twenty years, J. Quatannens & Co brokerage firm adapted its structure in order to integrate numerous new regulations. Attached to his independence and out of a concern for the long-term future of his firm, Mr Jacques Quatannens decided in November 2007 to join our brokerage firm as a delegated agent in order to develop the Anzegem branch.

Mrs Mia Dalewijn worked for J. Quatannens & Co brokerage firm for a number of years, where she built up her knowledge of financial markets. In November 2007, Mrs Mia Dalewijn was actively involved in the merger between J. Quatannens & Co and Leleux Associated Brokers brokerage firms. She now devotes her experience and knowledge of financial markets to the Anzegem branch’s clients.

Francis Verset, sixth generation stockbroker, joined Leleux Associated Brokers in 2022. In assisting the clients of Leleux Associated Brokers, he draws on an extensive experience in portfolio management and investment advice, experience he gained in large international groups as well as in smaller family businesses in Belgium and Luxembourg.

After passing his baccalaureate in humanities at the Collège Saint-Julien in Ath, Monsieur Pierre Cauchie graduated with an honours degree in Applied Economics from UCL. His thesis was devoted to takeovers between 1970 and 1980. Fascinated by the stock markets, he joined Mélice SA brokerage firm, where he was responsible for securities accounts. He then began to further his stock market knowledge by attending a large number of technical analysis seminars, as well as honing his IT skills. A coordinator of investment clubs, he obtained the status of authorised stockbroker in 1989, before successfully passing his trader examinations on the Amsterdam and Luxembourg stock exchanges in the early 1990s. In 1993, he joined the Union Belgian Brokers SCRL brokerage firm as a member-client adviser. Finally, in January 2001, he was actively involved in the merger of UBB and Leleux Associated Brokers SA and was appointed manager of our Ath branch.

Mr Baudouin Vermeire, a graduate in economics and finance from the Brussels Business School, successfully passed his stockbroker’s scientific examination with the Brussels Stock Exchange in 1966. He began his career in the same year as a delegated agent for a stockbroker in Antwerp, before setting up his own brokerage firm in 1972. Anticipating the reforms of the 1990s, Mr Baudouin Vermeire set up, in 1990, with several other stockbrokers the brokerage firm of Union Belgian Brokers. He participated actively in the merger negotiations with J. Leleux & Cie which led to the formation in January 2001 of Leleux Associated Brokers. Since then Mr Baudouin Vermeire has been responsible for our clients in Antwerp who are able to benefit from his experience and expertise.

A graduate in commercial and consular sciences from ICHEC, Mr Pierre-Yves Dubois began his professional career with a Belgian chemicals company, where he was responsible for the sales network. He then entered the financial sector as an account manager for a banking and insurance institution. In November 2018, Mr Pierre-Yves Dubois joined the Brussels headquarters of Leleux Associated Brokers as an account manager.

Armed with a master in Finance and Management (EHSAL-HUB) and a master in Tax (KU Leuven), Mr Carl Boterman began his career in 2004 with a reputable banking institution where he acquired an extensive knowledge of financial markets. In February 2016, Mr Carl Boterman decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as an Account Manager in our Brussels office, where our clientele benefit from his knowledge and experience in investment matters.

Holder of a Masters degree in Tax and Financial Engineering from the ESCP Europe Business School in Paris, Mr. Tommaso Nieri began his professional career in the treasury department of Banca Monte Paschi di Belgio in Brussels. He then joined the Bank’s financial analysis department before moving to the Bank’s new Private Banking unit, which he helped to develop. Following the transfer of the brokerage business of Banca Monte Paschi di Belgio to Leleux Associated Brokers, Mr. Tommaso Nieri joined the brokerage firm in December 2019. He continues to assist the clients transferred in this process in their investments, working from our agency in Brussels.

After having graduated as a Sales Engineer from the Liège business school “Hautes Etudes Commerciales”, Mr Michaël Pirson joined a well-known international bank in September 1996 as a financial adviser. In March 2000, he joined another local bank and developed his banking experience as a private banker. Then, in October 2011, he joined Leleux Associated Brokers as an account manager. He joined our new branch in Charleroi, where our local clients are able to benefit from his market expertise.

Mr Fernand Deschampheleire, who comes from a family of stockbrokers and has a Master’s degree in philosophy and letters (ULG), began his career in 1972 in the family stockbroking firm. In 1988, Mr Fernand Deschampheleire obtained his stockbroker’s diploma. In 1997, following the major legislative reforms of the 1990s, the Deschampheleire stockbroking firm merged with a Brussels brokerage firm as a delegated agent. Finally, in October 2004, Mr Fernand Deschampheleire joined Leleux Associated Brokers and opened our third branch in Grivegnée, in the province of Liège.

Jeroen Schuermans graduated as Master in Political Science and obtained an LLM in International and European Law and in European Law.

He started his career as a wealth planner, assisting clients in optimizing their wealth structure, among other things, before joining a private bank and later as a consultant within the financial sector.

In 2022 he joined the team of Leleux Associated Brokers in Hasselt.

After graduating with a chemistry degree in 1980, Mr Jean-Claude Malfait began his professional career in a high-tech company in Ypres. It was in 1989 that Mr Jean-Claude Malfait turned his attention to the financial markets. He began working as a delegated agent for a firm of stockbrokers which was later taken over by a bank. As he attached great importance to his independence, Mr Jean-Claude Malfait moved to another brokerage firm in 2000, but that firm suffered the same fate two years later. It was finally in November 2002 that Mr Jean-Claude Malfait, with his expert knowledge of euro-bonds and stock markets, joined Leleux Associated Brokers to open our 27th branch in Ypres. Since then, Mr Jean-Claude Malfait has been responsible for the branch’s day-to-day client relations.

In 1973, Mr Henri Rosaer joined A. Rosaer Stockbrokers, where he was responsible for the administrative management. In 1987, Mr Henri Rosaer decided to approach stockbroker Walter Van Glabbeek and joined the brokerage firm Van Glabbeek & Co, active on both the Brussels and Antwerp stock exchanges. In 1996, he became a shareholder of Van Glabbeek & Co and was responsible, alongside Walter Van Glabbeek, for the development of the company and the adaptation of its organisation to new regulations. In 2018, in the face of even stricter regulations, Van Glabbeek & Co joined Leleux Associated Brokers and became a branch of the brokerage firm to focus on client service. Mr Henri Rosaer now employs his expertise and experience in the service of our Antwerp clients.

After obtaining a Law degree at the University of Antwerp, Ms Sophie Rosaer completed her academic education with two complementary Master’s degrees in Tax Law at the University of Antwerp and Financial Planning at the Antwerp Management School. In 2009, Ms Sophie Rosaer joined the brokerage firm Van Glabbeek & Co, where she established the firm’s legal department. In 2013, Ms Sophie Rosaer obtained her Compliance Officer certification and took on that responsibility within the brokerage firm. Since November 2018, after Van Glabbeek & Co joined Leleux Associated Brokers, Ms Sophie Rosaer uses her skills in the service of our Antwerp clients, working from our offices at 43 Kipdorp.

Holder of a degree in Graphic Design from the Académie Royale des Beaux Arts in Antwerp, after completing her studies Ms Anne Rosaer joined the financial sector, where she worked in the operational management of the brokerage firm Van Glabbeek & Co, for all reconciliation and liquidation activities. Ms Anne Rosaer also supervises the processing of securities transactions and the cashless security transfer service. In November 2018, after Van Glabbeek & Co joined Leleux Associated Brokers, Ms Anne Rosaer joined the client advisory team at the branch located at 43 du Kipdorp.

Mrs Bianca Baertsoen is a very experienced account manager who joined Leleux Associated Brokers in July 2015, after having worked previously for several large financial institutions. She is employed as an account manager at our Courtrai branch, where our clients can benefit from her expertise and experience.

Mr Ronny Vandenbogaerde began his career in the financial sector and worked for several years in local banks. In January 2007 he decided to leave a major Belgian financial institution to join Leleux Associated Brokers as a delegated agent. Mr Ronny Vandenbogaerde then opened our second branch in Kortrijk, on Damkaai. The branch proved very successful and in early 2015, Mr Ronny Vandenbogaerde moved to more spacious premises, better suited to our client needs, on Minister Liebaerlaan.

After obtaining a degree in Commercial Engineering from EHSAL, Mr Guy De Praetere began his career as a financial advisor with a major local bank. He worked there as an asset manager before becoming head of the Asset Management Department. In May 2019, Mr Guy De Praetere joined Leleux Associated Brokers as a Banking and Investment Services Agent with the Courtrai branch. He assists our local clients with the management and investment of their assets.

In 1998, Miss Murielle Hellebosch joined the team formed by Mr and Mrs Pierre Drugmand, stockbroker in La Louvière and founder member of the brokerage firm UBB. At the time of the merger between UBB, Delta and J. Leleux & Cie in December 2000, Miss Murielle Hellebosch contributed her euro bonds expertise and market knowledge to the Leleux Associated Brokers sales team. Since January 2002, she has been responsible for the day-to-day management of our branch in La Louvière and local client relations.

After having worked for several years for a major Belgian bank, Mr Pino-Philippe Dentamaro joined our firm on 7 September 2001. This technology and Internet enthusiast then joined the sales team at our La Louvière branch. He is now responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch’s clients.

A graduate sales engineer (LUC), Mr Herman Billiau began his professional career in 1995 at a brokerage firm in Antwerp as a trader on the Brussels derivative products market (Belfox). In May 1997, Mr Herman Billiau moved to another brokerage firm where he developed his knowledge of South African, Canadian, British and North American stocks. In September 2004, Mr Herman Billiau accepted a new challenge and joined the trading team of a major bank in Belgium, where he executed the orders of institutional clients on the markets. With this strong market experience, it was in October 2007 that Mr Herman Billiau finally joined Leleux Associated Brokers as a client adviser. Since then, he has been responsible for coordinating our branch in Leuven.

Mrs Sylvie Willemaers comes from a family of stockbrokers and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (ULG) and started her career in the financial sector in1984 in the family stockbroking firm, Pitti, where her responsibilities included in particular private clients and investment clubs. In this regard, she was an active member of the Belgian Federation of Investment Clubs. Moreover she was President of this organisation from 2001 to 2004. She was appointed stockbroker in 1991. From 1996 to 2009, following the major legislative reforms of the 1990s, Mrs Sylvie Willemaers worked as an investment adviser for 3 well-known financial institutions in the principality of Liège. In April 2009 Mrs Sylvie Willemaers decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers.

Having achieved his Master's in Political Sciences, Mr Olivier Jortay went on to gain a second Master's in Management at the ICHEC Brussels Management School. After completing his studies at the Febelfin Academy, he went on to work for a number of Belgian and German financial establishments. Mr Olivier Jortay joined our Liège branch in February 2018, where he is employed as an account manager as well as in a sales capacity.

With a degree in Law from the University of Liège, Mr Philippe Neyns began his professional career in the Liège region in the credit and insurance sector. He spent the next 20 years managing bank branches for two major Belgian banks. In July 2020, Mr Philippe Neyns joined Leleux Associated Brokers as a Banking and Investment Services Agent in our Liège Saint-Paul branch, where he uses his expertise for the benefit of our local clients.

He then decided to join the family firm and in 1987 was appointed Managing Director of the long-established brokerage firm Vercammen & Co, based in Lier and Mechlin. Following the legislative reforms of April 1995, the Vercammen family integrated UBB brokerage firm, of which Mr Eric Vercammen became a director. It was in this capacity that he was actively involved in the merger six years later with Leleux Associated Brokers. Since then, Mr Eric Vercammen has been responsible for day-to-day client relations for the Mechlin area and manages our Mechlin branch.

Leleux & Cie SA, Union Belgian Brokers (UBB) and Delta BVBA, of which he is one of the founding members. With his expert stock market knowledge, Mr Paul Melis coordinates our branch in Melsele.

Mrs Sonja Melis, who holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, began her professional career in September 1981 in the family brokerage firm of Melis & Co, as a local account manager. In 1996, Melis & Co merged with two other brokerage firms to form the brokerage firm Delta. That is how Mrs Sonja Melis came to join Leleux Associated Brokers in December 2000 at the time of the merger between Delta, J. Leleux & Cie and Union Belgian Brokers. Since then, Mrs Sonja Melis has worked as an account manager in Melsele, where our local clients can benefit from her expertise and know-how.

After obtaining a degree in tax administration from IESS Mons, Mister Eric Vanderstichelen began his career in the banking sector as an account manager. After gathering extensive experience in a number of well-known banking institutions in Belgium, in August 2018 he decided to join our Mons branch, where he assists and advises our Mons customers.

Representing the third generation of stockbrokers from the Bocklandt family, Mr Xavier Bocklandt began his professional career in 1990 with the family brokerage firm at Saint-Nicolas. Holder of a Commercial Sciences degree from the Vlaamse Ekonomische Hogeschool in Brussels, Mr Xavier Bocklandt was appointed a Stockbroker in 1992. Over the last 30 years or so, Mr Xavier Bocklandt has transformed the family business founded in 1926 into a modern brokerage firm offering increasingly comprehensive investment services to its clientele. In 2018, faced with the hectic pace of new regulations impacting the financial sector, such as Mifid II, MIFIR, EMIR and GDPR, together with the new AML rules, Mr Xavier Bocklandt began merger discussions with Leleux Associated Brokers in order to focus on client service. Since June 2020, Mr Xavier Bocklandt has placed his investment expertise and vast experience of the financial markets at the disposal of our Saint-Nicolas clients.

A graduate of the University of Antwerp in Economic Sciences, Mr Johan Deman began his professional career in the marketing sector. In 2010, he decided to join the financial sector and specialised in financial investments, which led him in 2017 to join the brokerage firm Bocklandt in Sint-Niklaas. Since June 2020, following the merger between Bocklandt Beursvennootschap and Leleux Associated Brokers, Johan Deman has used his knowledge and expertise to serve our Saint-Nicolas clients.

Social & Cultural Anthropology, Psychology and Social Work before starting his career as a staff member at the Red Cross.

Passionate about investments and the financial markets, he immersed himself in the subject through various courses and self-study.

In 2021, he follows his passion and joins Leleux Associated Brokers in the Agency in Sint-Niklaas.

With a degree in Communications and Public Relations, Laurent Suini began his professional career in the banking sector as an account manager for a major bank. Subsequently, Mr Laurent Suini took over the management of a network of bank branches in which he deployed his commercial skills. In June 2020, Laurent Suini joined the Leleux Associated Brokers branch in Soignies, where he assists local clients in their daily transactions.

With a keen interest in the financial sector, Mr Jean-François Dhynes began his career in December 1987 at a major Belgian bank. Wishing to develop his knowledge of the financial markets, he joined an investment bank in 1996.In February 2001, he joined our Soignies Head Office as a client advisor, thus turning his focus exclusively to stock brokerage. From 2008 to mid-2023, Jean-François Dhynes will support our company's network of agencies in Wallonia and Brussels, before returning to fully dedicate himself to our clients in Soignies.

Mrs Claudine Thomassin worked in the banking sector for several years before joining our team in January 2004. With her substantial experience of euro-bonds and keen interest in financial markets, Mrs Claudine Thomassin is responsible for day-to-day relations with our clients in Tournai.

Mr Guy Verhaeghe began his professional career in the financial sector working for several esteemed financial institutions, including brokerage firms. A specialist in equity markets, he joined Leleux Associated Brokers in December 2003 as a member of the team at our Tournai branch. Since 2024, Guy has been serving our clients in both Tournai and Kortrijk.

With a degree in Foreign Trade from EPHEC and in Commercial and Financial Sciences from ICHEC, Ms. Sofie Hinque completed her academic career with Personal Banker certification. She began her professional career at a renowned banking institution, where she focused on private client investment consultancy, portfolio construction and client relationship development. She joined Leleux Associated Brokers in November 2021 as a Client Manager in our Uccle office, making her knowledge and experience available to our clients.

In 1928, when Mr Armand Leleux was creating his stockbroking firm in Soignies, Mr Roger Ropsy, the father of Mr Frédéric Ropsy, was starting a brilliant career at the Brussels stock exchange. Benefiting from an excellent reputation, the fruit of numerous years of service, his undertaking developed rapidly and in the early 1960s acquired brokerage firm status under the name Ropsy & Cie SA. Managed by Mr Frédéric Ropsy and Mr Johnny Meudenaer, the brokerage firm has encountered numerous technical and legal reforms. In order to take full advantage of the new opportunities offered by the creation of Euronext, Mr Frédéric Ropsy and Mr Johnny Meudenaer decided to pursue their stockbroking activities as part of Leleux Associated Brokers and thus opened, in September 2002, in Uccle, the stockbroking firm’s 26th branch. With his stockbroker authorisation, Mr Frédéric Ropsy is developing from the Uccle branch a client base composed of private and institutional investors.

For many years Mr Johnny Meudenaer, in partnership with Mr Frédéric Ropsy, managed the brokerage firm of Bourse Ropsy SA, founded in 1928 in Uccle. In September 2002, in order to take full advantage of the new opportunities offered by the creation of Euronext, they decided to join the Leleux Associated Brokers team. Together they opened the brokerage firm’s 26th branch, in Uccle. A man of the markets, Mr Johnny Meudenaer has wide-ranging stock market knowledge and expertise. He continues to develop from Uccle the firm’s private and institutional client business.

After having spent several years dealing with private clients at a large Brussels bank, Mr Xavier Mercenier joined Leleux Associated Brokers in June 2006. Mr Xavier Mercenier is a member of the team of client advisers at our Brussels headquarters. Mr Xavier Mercenier assists our private clients in Waterloo with their financial investments.

With a degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, Mr Olivier Thomas began his professional career in 2004 as a financial adviser in a major Belgian bank. In September 2011, he decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as an account manager at our Soignies branch. In October 2020, Mr Olivier Thomas joined our Waterloo branch, where he now puts his expertise and knowledge at the service of our local clients.

Mrs Judith Gryson, who has diplomas in Foreign Trade (Ephec) and Foreign Exchange Dealing and International Finance (IFCA), began her career in the financial sector in 2004 as an asset manager at a renowned financial institution. In December 2006, Mrs Judith Gryson decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as part of the team at our new Wavre branch. Mrs Judith Gryson who specialises in tax advice for retail clients, is responsible for growing our Wavre branch and client relations.

After having obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the HEMES in Liège and a master’s degree in estate planning form Antwerp University, Mr Richard de Geradon began his professional career in the financial sector in January 2004 as a financial adviser in a large international bank. Attracted by our brokerage firm’s independence, Mr Richard de Geradon joined our team in September 2011 as an account manager in our Wavre branch where he advises local clients.

After gaining a degree in Marketing & Advertising Communication and a Masters in Economic Sciences at the University of Namur, Mr Jean-Pierre Guillick entered the world of Finance in 2000, as a Financial Adviser and Personal Banker at a large international bank where he worked for 16 years. In November 2016, Mr Jean-Pierre Guillick decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as a Banking and Investment Services Agent. Based at our agency in Wavre, he provides our clients with his knowledge and experience of investment matters.

With a graduate degree in Distribution and Marketing, Mr Laurent Harte joined the banking sector in the wake of the reform law on financial markets. Mr. Laurent Harte has worked as Client Adviser and later as Financial Adviser for a large bank in Brussels, helping his clients to manage their portfolios and make financial decisions. Drawing upon several decades of experience and expertise, Mr. Laurent Harte joined Leleux Associated Brokers in March 2019 as Banking and Investment Services Agent at our agency in Wavre.

After completing his business studies in 1995, Mr Christoph Clopterop decided to specialise in tax matters and completed a two-year work placement with a specialised tax firm. Mr Christoph Clopterop then decided to change his career direction and switched to the financial sector. He therefore joined the trading desk of a brokerage firm where he rapidly became an asset manager. In October 2000, Mr Clopterop became a delegated agent at this same company and developed his client base, mainly in Eastern Flanders. Finally, in July 2003, he joined our Drongen branch as a delegated agent.
