Mr Fabrice Jähne, who has a degree in commercial and industrial psychology from ULB, joined the financial sector in 2002 shortly after graduating, when he was recruited by Euroclear Bank in Brussels. He was initially responsible for processing credit applications from the bank’s institutional clients, but was rapidly promoted to the position of account manager and was responsible for ensuring the quality of the settlement-delivery and custodian services provided to the financial sector. Mr Fabrice Jähne decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers in December 2006 and he was very rapidly promoted to Head of the Dealing Department.

Loic Mutombo studied Economics before holding various administrative positions.

In 2022 he joined Leleux Associated Brokers in the Dealing department.

In mid-2023, Amine Hafid joined the Dealing department of Leleux Associated Brokers, having studied Finance and Business Administration in the US and gained experience as an entrepreneur and as a consultant.

Holder of a Marketing degree from the EPHEC in Brussels, Ms Marie-Paule Musi began her professional career in the organisation of trade fairs and public relations management in Belgium and France. She soon decided to change career paths to the financial sector and joined a major bank, where she was in charge of Corporate Actions. She then also assumed the position of administrative manager of a local mutual fund (SICAV). In July 2019, Ms Marie-Paule Musi joined the Management Department at Leleux Associated Brokers. There, she is responsible for placing stock exchange orders, responses to Corporate Actions and Currency Exchange Transactions, as well as administrative monitoring of the files of clients receiving the portfolio management service.

With a Masters in Business Management from ISG Namur and a Masters in Finance and Accounting from the Brussels Business Academy, Mr Patrick Duquesne began his professional career in the financial sector in a Brussels-based international bank as a specialist in transaction processing and Swift protocols. Patrick Duquesne was very quickly entrusted with the management of his department, meaning that he supervises all the back office operations handled by the bank across Europe. In September 2020, Mr Patrick Duquesne joined Leleux Associated Brokers as Head of the Securities Accounting Department.

A graduate in Secretarial Studies from the École Industrielle Supérieure de Mons, Ms Dalila Elhocine began her professional career as an administrative assistant for an energy supplier. Interested in the financial sector, Ms Dalile Elhocine joined a Brussels financial institution specialising in the administrative management of mutual funds. Drawing on this experience, she joined the Securities Accounting department of Leleux Associated Brokers in November 2020, where she performs the daily reconciliation of securities assets deposited with our custodian banks (Euroclear Bank, National Bank of Belgium, Transfer Agents, etc.) with our Securities Accounting department.

After having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management (EPHEC), Mr Paul Costea began his professional career in the financial sector in a well-known bank, before deciding in February 2015 to join Leleux Associated Brokers , where he has since gained experience in both the Securities Accounting Department, and the Dealing Department.

Meriem Zehari holds a bachelor's degree in accounting with a major in taxation and joined Leleux Associated Brokers in 2021 after an initial internship with a fiduciary company. Her passion for figures led her to join the Treasury department, where she was mainly responsible for the cross-reference coding of cash movements in our accounts with our custodian banks and the reconciliation of the balances of both our bank accounts and our suspense accounts.

After obtaining his Master's degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain, Mr. Lutete Mamba gained almost two years of experience as a collateral management analyst at a Belgian branch of an American bank. He joins Leleux Associated Brokers in January 2022, where he is responsible for servicing payments of matured bills (credit notes, coupons and redemption payments) to our clients.

Motivated by her passion for the financial markets, Christine Thys joined the brokerage firm of Union Belgian Brokers in March 1999, where she was in charge of processing stock market orders on the Brussels Stock Exchange. When J. Leleux & Cie merged with Union Belgian Brokers in January 2001 to form Leleux Associated Brokers, Christine naturally joined the Dealing Department. After 14 years in this role, she sought new challenges within the company, which she successively found in the Treasury, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Securities departments.

Carine Den Blinden joined the Securities Department since May 2023, where she puts the years of experience she gained at, among others, a globally renowned custodian bank at the service of Leleux Associated Brokers clients.

Mr Frédéric David, who holds a bachelor’s degree in law and commercial management (Ephec), began his professional career in 1998 with a well-known Belgian bank, where he was responsible for the administrative management of client portfolios under management. In 2002, he decided to join a private Belgian company which operated internationally and he was responsible for the group’s cash management. Then, in September 2007, M Frédéric David joined Leleux Associated Brokers as Head of the Treasury Department. In this capacity his responsibilities include managing the firm’s cash balances and those of its clients according to the most favourable market conditions.

At the end of 2022, Houda Marzouk joined Leleux Associated Brokers' treasury department, where she helps ensure the correct and secure handling of transactions.

After having worked in several international groups, Mr van Doorslaer de ten Ryen joined J. Leleux & Co in November 1998 in the Securities Accounting Department. He was very rapidly promoted to the Inspection Department, with responsibility for controlling the activities of our operational departments. Then, in 2004, he set up the Support & Infrastructure Department which he has managed since that date.

With a degree in Hotel Management and Accounting, Ms Nadia Nasr began her professional career in the telephone support of clients of large online platforms. In July 2020, Ms. Nadia Nasr joined the Welcome Desk department of Leleux Associated Brokers where she assists our clients in the management of their daily operations. She then joined the Securities Accounting Department, where she is responsible for our securities factsheets and controlling consistency throughout the database. In january 2024, Ms. Nadia Nasr joined the Support & Infrastructure department of Leleux Associated Brokers where she provides daily support to our agencies and institutional clients.

Mister Joost Postma began his professional career in the support and technical maintenance of the IT infrastructure of a clinical laboratory in Belgium. He then joined several companies offering IT support services, in particular to the European Commission. In May 2020, Mister Joost Postma joined the Support & Infrastructure department of Leleux Associated Brokers where he provides daily support to our agencies and institutional clients.

Almost immediately after having completed his studies, Mr Vincent Masureel joined the IT Department of Leleux Associated Brokers in April 1999.For more than ten years, he was responsible for the provision of technical services to clients as well as supervising our IT production. In January 2011, he joined our Support & Infrastructure department where he provides support to our account managers and our institutional clients for the execution of their transactions.

Mr Yannik Delforge, who holds a bachelor’s degree in IT from the ISAT, began his professional career in 1989 with a private company where he was responsible for the management of the company’s stock of computers and telephony system, as well as the development and rollout of production software. Ten years later, he joined a Belgian brokerage firm where he was given responsibility for the management of the company’s computer servers and the maintenance of its computer network. In order to develop his career and capitalise on his experience and the numerous training courses he had attended, Mr Yannik Delforge decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers in January 2006. Since then he has been responsible for the administration of our servers and stock of computers, as well as the management of our network and our firewalls.

After gaining a Master’s in Applied Computer Science, Mr Kevin Leplat began his professional career in 2011 with a company specialising in the management and support of IT infrastructures. He went on to perform the same role in other specialist companies in the sector. An expert in tools used to maintain hardware and software across a number of platforms, Mr Kevin Leplat joined Leleux Associated Brokers in March 2018 as a System and Network Administrator.

Deivit Almeida joins the Leleux Associated Brokers team after gaining experience in different companies and sectors where his helpfulness and proactive approach have always been considered as great assets.
Since 2022 he has been part of the Support & Infrastructure department.

Mr. Bryan Delhaye joined the Logistics Department of Leleux Associated Brokers in November 2014, where he was responsible for the Dispatch Centre for several years. Mr Bryan Delhaye joined our Support and Infrastructure Department in January 2021 as the person in charge of managing the various IT permissions. He is also in charge of the deployment and replacement of IT hardware at both the head office and our various branches.

After having obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the IEPS, an advanced degree in applied economics from the FUNDP, a master’s degree in financial management from the ICHEC and a master’s degree in financial risk management from Saint-Louis, Mr Guibert Martens joined the brokerage firm in September 1997 as an internal auditor. In July 2005, he headed up the Remote Brokerage & Custody department, from where he managed the commercial and operational aspects of our institutional client relations. Bolstered by his many years of experience, Mr Guibert Martens is now part of the IT Development department, where he manages the team of business experts.

Armed with a Master's in Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mr David Helaers joined Leleux Associated Brokers in May 2017. He now works for the IT Developments Department as Analyst Programmer.

After gaining a degree in Business Informatics at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Mr Jeremy Bordon joined Leleux Associated Brokers in October 2017 as an analyst programmer in the IT Developments Department.

Mr Soufiane Attanjaoui has a degree in Computer Science from the Brussels IEPSCF and is joining Leleux Associated Brokers in June 2021 as an IT Developer. He specialises mainly in the implementation of transactional websites.

A versatile developer (full-stack) and computer enthusiast, Mr Zakaria Oulji codes in various computer languages used by the brokerage firm. After completing his studies in computer science, coupled with intensive training in web development, Mr Zakaria Oulji began his professional career with a Belgian IT development agency. He then joined the IT development department of Leleux Associated Brokers in July 2021.

Julien Decraecker has been the Head of Asset Management at Leleux Associated Brokers since mid-2022. A position he took up after gaining experience in Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, including as Vice President of Portfolio Management for a specialized asset manager.

Through his previous experience, Julien developed an expertise across asset classes.
This expertise is very useful in structuring the portfolios at Leleux Associated Brokers, where the use of a variety of financial instruments within each portfolio is one of the pillars of the investment strategy.

After obtaining a Master's in Banking and Finance, Miss Emilie Mouton soon directed her professional career towards the financial sector, acquiring experience in a reputable national banking institution. In February 2017, she decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers in the Management Department as a Asset Manager.

After having graduated as a commercial engineer and financial analyst, Mr Dirk Peeters began his professional career in 1993 in the financial sector. Finally, with more than 20 years of experience in various financial institutions, Mr Dirk Peeters decided, in January 2016, to join Leleux Associated Brokers as a financial analyst in its portfolio management department.

Adrian De Greve holds a double Master's degree in Financial Management and is a Certified Financial Planning Consultant. He started his career at Leleux Associated Brokers in 2015, in the discretionary portfolio management department. He is mainly responsible for fixed income portfolios. In 2021, Mr. De Greve is responsible for the management of mixed portfolios (individual and diversified equities, alternative products and fixed income instruments) for our clients.

Mr. Timothée Sagna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University (Miami), with a double major in Finance and International Trade. He is currently pursuing his academic training at Harvard Business School online (Finance, Alternative Investments and Business Analysis). After a stint at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (Miami) and working as a financial asset restructuring consultant on his return to Europe, he joined Leleux Associated Brokers in June 2021 as a fixed income analyst in the Management Department.

With a Master's degree in Business Engineering and a specialization in Financial Engineering, Jades began her career with a major international auditing firm specializing in financial services. In April 2024, her strong interest in market finance led her to join Leleux Associated Brokers in the Portfolio Management department as Portfolio Manager.

Mister Arnaud Delaunay began his professional career in the financial sector in February 2006, as a financial adviser with a French asset management company. In August 2008, he joined a French bank as a loan’s analyst. In September 2009, he joined an international audit firm with responsibility for the financial audit of listed companies. In September 2011, Mister Arnaud Delaunay joined the wealth management department of a large international bank based in Paris. Specialized in financial analysis and fund monitoring funds, he decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as an analyst in April 2012. Since 2019, he has headed the Financial Analysis department.

Mr Bram Vanhevel holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Ghent, obtained the FSMA certification for the Advanced Portfolio Management Programme and is a candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (Level I) and Financial Risk Management programmes. He worked for many years as an International Trade Validation Officer at a major local bank. He was responsible for the supervision and validation of the transactional and accounting activities of the bank's investment funds. Mr Vanhevel has a keen interest in the financial markets and is joining Leleux Associated Brokers in June 2021 to work as a financial analyst.

A specialist with a keen interest in the financial markets, Mr Johan De Hertogh joined the Dealing Department of Leleux Associated Brokers in June 2005, with responsibility for ensuring the best execution of orders for our institutional clients. In March 2015, he became Head of the Welcome Desk, where with his team he is responsible for our Order Routing and Transmission service. This investment service is reserved for institutional clients from the financial sector and professional clients from the agricultural sector. In this capacity, he is responsible for processing futures and commodities orders and ensuring the best execution of securities orders on markets of which we are members. In addition Mr Johan De Hertogh prepares our daily Leleux Commodities News, which is distributed free of charge by email to all clients using our RTO service.

Holder of a Master's degree in Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the IHECS in Brussels, Mr. Guillaume Van Oortegem started his career in France in 2018, before returning to Belgium and joining Leleux Associated Brokers in November 2021 in the Welcome Desk department. He will assist our private and institutional clients with their daily transactions.

Since 2022, Alexandre Dimou is a valued team-member of our Welcome Desk where he assists our private and institutional clients in the execution of their orders.

Mathieu Lokange joined Leleux Associated Brokers in early 2023 as a member of the Welcome Desk team.

Prior to this, he gained experience in various financial institutions in Belgium, after graduating with a BBA in Business Management, majoring in Finance and Insurance.

Ms Stéphanie Orban holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain and a Master's degree in Tax Sciences from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales. She was admitted to the Nivelles Bar before specialising in tax law. With her expertise in property law and company law, Ms Stéphanie Orban will join Leleux Associated Brokers in May 2021 as head of the Legal Department.

Nicolas Decruynaere joined Leleux Associated Brokers in 2022 as head of the Inspection Department. His more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than 15 years in a brokerage firm, is a valuable asset in carrying out his current role.

Mrs Anja Redant joined the Dealing Department of the brokerage firm Union Belgian Brokers in September 1996.In January 2001, at the time of the merger of J. Leleux & Cie and Union Belgian Brokers, which formed Leleux Associated Brokers, she joined the new Dealing Department, before being appointed Head of the Cash Accounting Department, in which capacity she was responsible for the company’s cash management. She then joined the Inspection Department in 2007, where she is currently responsible for the second level controls for all the brokerage firm’s operational departments.

Mégane Giesbers joined Leleux Associated Brokers in 2022 as a member of the Inspection Department, where her accuracy and sense of organisation are of great added value.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the ICHEC, Mrs Carine d'Hoop began her professional career as an accountant with an international reinsurance company. After 9 years, she joined an American industrial group, where she was responsible for cash management of the group’s coordination centre for seven years. Mrs Carine d'Hoop then joined a listed Belgian company as group treasurer, before joining Leleux Associated Brokers in February 2004 as head of the firm’s Financial Control department. Mrs Carine d'Hoop is responsible in particular for preparing budgets and establishing reporting to the supervisory authorities (BNB, FSMA, etc.) and the company’s management accounting.

With several years' experience in financial accounting, Mr Ilyas Mejdoub joined Leleux Associated Brokers in November 2020 in the Management Control Department. He is in charge of the company's financial and cost accounting and of the various reports to the supervisory authorities (National Bank of Belgium, FSMA, etc.) and the tax authorities. More specifically, he is responsible for the accounting of our suppliers' purchase invoices, their payment and the allocation of these invoices to the brokerage firm's cost accounting. Mr Ilyas Mejdoub is also in charge of the declarations and payment of the various taxes levied by the brokerage firm (withholding tax, tax on stock exchange operations, French, Italian and Spanish FTT, etc.). Finally, he is involved in monitoring the provisional budget.

Mrs Christine Boghmans, who holds degrees in psychology and pedagogy and a master’s degree in labour studies and human resources management from ULB, began her professional career in 1993 as Human Resources Manager at a hospital, where she coordinated and managed various projects working directly with the executive committee. She then joined a well-known financial institution in Brussels as Head of Human Resources, before moving to Leleux Associated Brokers in November 2014 as Head of Human Resources.

After obtaining her Master's degree in Economics & Finance (ICHEC Brussels Management School), Cynthia Radelet built a diversified career in the financial sector in Belgium and also gained experience in Luxembourg and France.

She took up roles with responsibility in different domains, always with a focus on process improvement, IT implementation, project management & change management.

After an assignment as consultant at Leleux Associated Brokers, she joined the Change department in 2022.

After holding several positions in different sectors, Mr Laurent Colin joined Leleux Associated Brokers in February 2006 as a member of the IT Department, with responsibility for providing IT support to our clients. In December 2007, Mr Laurent Colin joined the Support & Infrastructure Department, with responsibility for providing commercial and technical support to our account managers and institutional clients. He joined the Securities Accounting Department as Process Manager, before becoming a member of the Change team at the end of 2019.

Employed for many years as a project manager in a large bank at the Square, Mr Eric Janssens acquired expert analytical skills in processing and managing financial projects. He was in charge of implementation of control tools for reconciliation and settlement of stock market transactions. In June 2018 Mr Eric Janssens joined the IT Development Department at Leleux Associated Brokers as Project Portfolio Manager.

With a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences, Mr Jan Geerts started his career in 2012 in several financial institutions, where he acquired a comprehensive knowledge of the financial markets. In September 2016, he decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as an Account Manager and to make his knowledge and experience available to our clients. Since 2021, Mr. Jan Geerts has been responsible for the management of our branch network in Flanders.

After studying law in Brussels, Alexandre Franck began his career at CTIF, the Belgian anti-money laundering body.

He joined the banking and financial sector in 2000 and has always worked in compliance. He has acquired his skills and experience with a number of renowned institutions.

Alexandre puts his more than 25 years of experience at the service of Leleux Associated Brokers as head of the Compliance Department.

After obtaining a Masters in Economics (specialization in Finance) at the Lille School of Management and a Masters in Internal Audit at the Leuven School of Management, Arduin Tabary started his career as a private banker at a French bank in Lille.

A couple of years later, he relocated to Brussels and focused his career on Compliance. He obtained the qualification as Certified Compliance Officer in 2015.

Arduin worked for several banks and gained a vast experience in compliance and risk management before joining Leleux Associated Brokers in 2022 as Compliance Officer.

Mr Pierre de Thier, who holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance (EPHEC) and a degree in financial risk management (Saint-Louis), began his professional career in the financial sector as risk manager for a fund of options on European and Asian indices. In October 2000, he decided to join Leleux Associated Brokers as a risk manager for derivative products. In January 2008, his responsibilities were extended to cover all the brokerage firm’s activities.

After having obtained an advanced degree in applied economics (UCL) and a master’s degree in accounting and external audit form the Institut Cooremans in Brussels, Mr Thomas Vandendaelen began his professional career in July 1997 when he joined a Brussels-based audit firm. In July 1999, he joined a listed company as internal auditor with responsibility for operational aspects. In December 2004, Mr Thomas Vandendaelen joined a prestigious international firm of auditors, before deciding to join Leleux Associated Brokers in September 2006 as internal auditor.

Holding a double Master's degree in General Management and Political Science from the University of Ghent, Mr. Bob De Leersnyder started his professional career as a consultant, then as spokesman for Febelfin, the Belgian federation of the financial sector. He then pursued his career with two banks in Brussels, where he was a spokesperson and Communication Manager. In December 2021, with more than 10 years of experience in financial sector communication, Mr. De Leersnyder will join Leleux Associated Brokers as head of the Marketing and Communications Department.

After an early career, during which she held a variety of positions in different sectors, including education, Mrs Anna Traïanis decided to switch to the financial sector in September 2007, when she was recruited by our Soignies Head Office, initially in client relationship management. In May2011, she transferred to our Brussels Head Office where she is responsible not only for client servicing, but also assists Mr Olivier Leleux. In this capacity she is responsible for numerous marketing and logistics aspects for our branch network.

The holder of a history teaching certificate with degrees in French and English, Ms Brigitte Motte began her professional career in Belgian civil aviation as a cabin crew member. Ms Brigitte Motte then joined the financial sector as a receptionist for a large local private bank. She displayed all the necessary skills in that position, which led her to join Leleux Associated Brokers in January 2019. In charge of our client reception, she also assists Mr Olivier Leleux, and is responsible for the logistical aspects of our branch network.

Mr Janusz Rutyna joined Leleux Associated Brokers in April 2007 in the logistics department. He is responsible for premise maintenance services at our Soignies Head Office.

Mr Edwin Rojas Lopera joined Leleux Associated Brokers in July 2013 in the logistics department. He is responsible for premise maintenance services at our Brussels Head Office.

Boasting more than 20 years of experience in logistics and maintenance, Mrs Marie-Thérèse Pichel joined Leleux Associated Brokers in June 2017 in the Logistics Department. She is responsible for the maintenance of all our branches as well as the premises of our head office in Soignies.
